made a cake and seafood bisque with my neice. here is how to make easy seafood bisque:
frozen seafood "parts" (bits of squid, octopus, crab and krab, tiny oysters, etc.)
defrost in microwave. rinse under cool water and strain water away. add to canned vegetable juice--- (the kind that is tomato based), heat and serve. add lemon juice, salt and pepper as desired.
that's it. and it is good, or at least i think so. i have not written for awhile as i have been very busy with work and also because BJ has dumped my sorry ass. not much 9i can say about that, i mean, what did i expect?
